Meet Our Team
Our amazing team is made up of three dedicated professionals who know real estate in southeast Idaho inside and out. Here’s a little about them:
Rick Robinson: Rick is our broker and brings over 10 years of real estate expertise to the table. He’s a pro at negotiations and a natural leader, having served as president of the Upper Valley Association of Realtors and the Snake River MLS. He was named "Realtor of the Year in 2021," received the "Good Neighbor Award" in 2024, and was nominated for Rexburg's "Citizen of the Year" in 2025! Rick moved to Rexburg for college and never left, building a career rooted in this community. Rick is married to Jalissa, and they have two beautiful kids, Ricky and Addie. Rick is the creator of The Robinson Family Light show, is a member of the Rexburg Historic Preservation Committee, the Rexburg Tabernacle Legacy Committee, and is involved with the community theatre in Rexburg.
Bob Canning: Bob is a partner at the brokerage and provides agent support, technical support, and marketing support to the company and wonderful agents who call Real Estate Two70 home. Bob has worked as a human factors developer, and started and sold several business over the last forty years. He has owned online businesses, a national notary service, an IT firm in Los Angeles, and a real estate brokerage. He is married to Carolyn and has a son, Caleb, and a daughter Pari who is married to Eirik. He has two grand children, Lorraine and Nils. Bob loves permaculture, soil science, and has a small permaculture food forest.
Carolyn Canning: Carolyn is a partner at Real Estate Two70 and has extensive experience in customer service and business ownership. Her energetic presence shines through in everything she does. She’s all about making your real estate journey stress-free and enjoyable. With her warm personality and eye for detail, Carolyn ensures every client feels cared for and heard. Carolyn is also involved with training at the brokerage where she helps our agents through a mastermind group and bi-monthly training meetings. She is also involved in agent onboarding and support. She has owned several businesses over the years, including an IT company, national notary service, and health and wellness business. When she's not working you can find her on the Pickle Ball court.
