The Conference Room
AKA The Two70 Situation Room. That name just sounds more fun! We utilize our conference room for agent training, company meetings, signing real estate purchase documents, reviewing media prior to publishing, and various other reasons. Since we sell real estate in Idaho Falls, Rigby, Rexburg, St Anthony, Ashton, and Island Park, it is nice to review properties in our situation room prior to driving to all of them.
The Special Quote on the Wall
This quote has special meaning to us and has a story behind it. We were once sitting in a closing with a client who had just had the weight of the world dropped in his lap. During that closing he shared several other stories about trials he had gone through and at the very end of it all he said, "...but if it comes too easy you are robbed of your learning experience." Everyone in the room was awestruck that someone could have such a positive attitude and put a spin on life's challenges by doing all he could to learn from them. After that closing, we created that quote into a canvas and hung it on our wall. It has since become a source of inspiration for us as we all continue to go through hard times in life.
The Creative Corner
Being an Idaho real estate agent requires a real estate license. Being an AWESOME Idaho agent requires much more than that! A large part of what we do at Real Estate Two70 involves a lot of creativity, technology, and often times lots of computing power. Here we work on processing photos, creating marketing videos, recording voiceovers with our condenser mic, processing HD mapping from our drone, and so much more. We use technology in every way we possibly can so our clients can get the most out of working with one of our agents. A large part of what we use is our website which is integrated with the Snake River MLS. We work very hard to ensure that it is simple, allows you to create custom property alerts, and allows you to save your favorite properties.
