Carolyn's Business Experience
Carolyn has created and sold many businesses over the past thirty years. Her first business venture was an information technology firm in Los Angeles in the early 2000's. Carolyn focused on advertising and accounting. She later sold the company and opened a national notary company, sending mobile notaries on behalf of title companies and living trust firms to complete notary sessions. With a database of more than 2000 notaries nationwide, the company service every state in the United States, Puerto Rico, and Guam. While running her signing agency, Carolyn also founded an online emergency preparedness supply company where she provided disaster supplies to homeowners, cities, counties, and states throughout the United States. Carolyn is also an independent sales representative for a national health and fitness company.

She is a former owner/partner of Team Greene Real Estate, Idaho Agents Real Estate, ISO Realty, and is currently owner/partner of Real Estate Two70. Her primary role at Real Estate Two70 is to run the company mastermind group, a group dedicated to real estate education, sales training, and business development. She is an active Realtor and enjoys the time she gets to spend with her clients and friends, helping them reach their goals.
Carolyn's Personal Life
Carolyn is a wife and mother. With only one teenager left in the home, she is enjoying her love of health and fitness. It's not unusual to find her doing yoga or competing with her teenage son for the most number of pull-ups! She also enjoys entertaining friends and family. Most weekends you'll find a group of kids from BYUI or friends from town enjoying games and a meal at her home. She also loves to garden and is constantly increasing the diversity of plants on her one acre permaculture food forest surrounding her home. Whatever you see Carolyn doing, you can be assured she is doing it with the full energy of life!
