Later, Bob launched an online emergency preparedness supply company, serving families and government agencies throughout the United States with critical products and solutions. His entrepreneurial spirit also led to the creation of Superior Notary, a national notary service that streamlined legal documentation processes for clients across the country. These experiences honed the strategic and technical skills that Bob now brings to his real estate career.

He is married to Carolyn Canning, and together they have two children: Caleb, 19, and Pari, who is married to Eirik and lives in California with their children, Lorraine and Nils—Bob’s cherished granddaughter and grandson. In his personal time, Bob nurtures a small permaculture food forest, cultivating 250 edible trees, shrubs, and plants while studying soil science to deepen his passion for sustainability. He also gives back to the community by providing technical support for the Rexburg Idaho Family Search Center, where he helps individuals explore their family histories.
