Relationship to National Association of Realtors®

Idaho Realtors® is the state affiliate of the National Association of Realtors®. National policy and ethics flow downward; state-specific implementation flows upward.

Relationship to Local Associations

Local Realtor® associations—such as the Upper Valley Association of Realtors®—operate under the Idaho Realtors® umbrella.

Idaho Realtors® supports local associations with:

• Legal guidance
• Forms and best practices
• Advocacy coordination
• Professional standards enforcement frameworks

Relationship to MLS Systems

Idaho Realtors® does not run MLS platforms. However, Realtor® membership at the state and local level is often required to access Realtor®-owned MLS systems such as Snake River MLS.
