Hazel Webb has spent her career focused on one core belief: financially secure homes help keep families together. That lesson is what originally drew her to building a mortgage business, and it continues to shape how she advises and serves her clients today.
This page is part of the Home Loans Idaho Resource Center, created to help Southeast Idaho homebuyers understand their lending options and connect with mortgage professionals who value clarity, integrity, and long-term financial outcomes.

Hazel takes pride in providing sound, honest financial guidance that helps borrowers make decisions they can feel good about not only at closing, but years down the road. In many cases, the right strategy and loan structure can save clients thousands of dollars over the life of the loan.
Hazel is a girl from Chester, Idaho who paired a deep desire to serve with a strong education and built a compassionate business that goes well beyond what most people expect from a loan officer. She is known for exemplary customer service, putting her clients first, and staying current with a mortgage industry that evolves rapidly.
Her respect for hard work was formed early. From logging in minus-20-degree weather alongside her 13 siblings, to training for cross country, to working with adjudicated youth as a college youth counselor, Hazel learned perseverance, discipline, and a responsibility to use her skills to help others.
Hazel earned a Bachelor of Science from Brigham Young University–Idaho. Although she has lived throughout the Midwest and Northwest, nothing compares to her love of Southeast Idaho.
She has now served Southeast Idaho for over 15 years and has been in the mortgage industry since 2008. Hazel is versatile across many loan types and scenarios, including:
If you’re looking for a mortgage professional who is personable, dedicated, and genuinely cares about helping borrowers make smart decisions, Hazel brings that mindset to every loan she works on.
