Defined Terms & Use of Language
- Real Estate Two70 – The referring brokerage under this agreement.
- Referring Broker – The supervising broker for Real Estate Two70.
- Referring Agent – The Real Estate Two70 licensee initiating the referral.
- Receiving Brokerage – The brokerage receiving the referral and providing buyer representation.
- Receiving Broker – The supervising broker for the Receiving Brokerage.
- Receiving Agent – The agent of the Receiving Brokerage who will work directly with the buyer.
- Buyer – The individual(s) being referred for buyer representation.
- Referral Fee – Compensation paid by the Receiving Brokerage to Real Estate Two70 upon a successful closing.
This agreement is between brokerages only. All licensees act under broker supervision in accordance with Idaho law.
