Defined Terms & Use of Language

Referring Brokerage – The brokerage introducing the buyer and not providing active representation after the referral.
Referring Broker – The supervising broker for the Referring Brokerage.
Referring Agent – The licensee associated with the Referring Brokerage acting as the referral contact.
Real Estate Two70 – The brokerage providing full buyer representation under this agreement.
Receiving Broker – The supervising broker for Real Estate Two70.
Receiving Agent – The Real Estate Two70 licensee who will work directly with the buyer.
Buyer – The individual(s) being referred for buyer representation.
Referral Fee – Compensation paid by Real Estate Two70 to the Referring Brokerage upon a successful closing.

This agreement is between brokerages only. All licensees act under broker supervision in accordance with Idaho law.
