Sherwood Hills Subdivision

The Sherwood Hills subdivision was a newer development in an older part of town on the Rexburg hill. It extended South 3rd E., Yale Ave., and East fifth south. It connected to the Sorensen subdivision and added some nice curvature to the roads connecting them to Harvard Avenue. It also added a nice cul-de-sac. Sherwood Hills was originally developed on October 30, 1979, and added to the market larger lots for people looking to build larger nicer homes.
