Rockwell estate was recorded on October 7th, 2003. It is located in the Hibbard area of Rexburg near Taylor Falls, and the Preserve at Henry Fork. This is a very unique subdivision, with its kidney-shaped looped road, and has been a popular place for people to build their dream homes. All of the lots are over 1 acre, with some being over 2 acres. The homes in this area are required to have a private well in a private septic system.
