Randall Indian Hills subdivision also known just by Radall, was at one time the premier subdivision on the Rexburg Hill. People originally thought the developer was crazy for trying to develop this area so high up on the hill. These were some of the homes with the highest elevation at the time. The subdivision was recorded on May 13, 1962. It features Indian tribal names for the street names such as Shoshone, Comanche, Nez Perce, Apache, and Mohawk.
There's a wide variety of homes that were built. Some were very modern for their time, others were very traditional, many were a split level entrance which was very popular in the 60s and 70s, and there are also a few very large 5000-square-foot to 6000-square-foot custom homes. As time has gone on, it has been fun to see many of these homes renovated. Many homeowners are putting their creative touch on updating their homes throughout the subdivision.
