Pinebrook Subdivision

The Pinebrook subdivision is a wonderful community located by the Teton Links golf course off of 12th W. in Rexburg. This community originally struggled to be developed. It was originally recorded on December 18, 2008. If you recall the events happening in our nation at the time, division. However, as time went on, by 2022 the subdivision was almost completely filled. Many of the homes built are custom builds and there have also been many spec homes built by Copper Creek Homes. Many people have been drawn to this subdivision for the larger lots and the location.

Streets in the subdivision include Greenside loop, Cypress loop, Pine Brook Lane, Larch Dr., Oak Hill Way, Castle Pines Road, and McJohn Lane.
