How Onboarding Works

Picture of Bob Canning, Onboarding at Real Estate Two70Hi, I'm Bob Canning. It's my pleasure to help you become a part of Real Estate Two70. You can reach me at 208-360-0401 via voice or text at any point during your onboarding. We want to make sure you have a great experience.

When you're ready to start the process of joining Real Estate Two70, please click on the start button below. Our onboarding system will interview you to collect key information necessary to make the process go smoothly. When you complete the process, we will do the following:

  1. Verify your status on Idaho Real Estate Commission.
  2. Move your license to Real Estate Two70.
  3. Verify you E&O insurance. We'll help you do it if you haven't done it yet.
  4. You'll receive an invitation to either join the Upper Valley Association of Realtors OR to transfer brokerages. If you are not a member of UVAR, please contact me.
  5. Once your dues are paid or transfer is complete, we will use your NRDS number from NAR to initiate your Snake River MLS Membership or transfer.
  6. You will receive a request for payment call from the MLS if new.
  7. We will confirm membership with the MLS and then the following will happen:

    • Real Estate Two70 GSuite account creation.
    • Real Geeks account creation.
    • Brokermint account creation.
    • Canva account creation.

  8. We will then schedule a time to sit down and start going over your goals and the tools that can help you achieve them..
