At Real Estate Two70, we believe good real estate decisions come from good information, clear communication, and a steady guide through the process. Holly Bell brings that approach to every client relationship, helping buyers, sellers, and relocating families move forward with confidence across Eastern Idaho.
Holly’s interest in real estate began early, after watching her parents sell one home, move, and buy another. That experience stayed with her and eventually became the foundation for her career. As a military spouse, she and her family moved multiple times before settling down long enough for her to pursue real estate professionally. Because of those experiences, Holly understands firsthand that moving is not just a transaction. It is a major life transition that affects daily routines, family stability, finances, and long-term plans.
Before becoming a Realtor, Holly worked as a licensed executive administrative assistant for a real estate team. That experience gave her an inside view of the industry and helped her understand the many moving parts behind a successful transaction. By supporting clients and agents behind the scenes, she developed a strong appreciation for communication, organization, timing, and the details that help keep a transaction moving smoothly. That foundation continues to shape the way she serves her clients today.
Holly became licensed in Arizona in 2020 and has since helped numerous clients successfully buy and sell homes while building a reputation for strong communication, dedication, and personalized service. Today, she is licensed in both Arizona and Idaho, giving her a unique perspective for families relocating between the two states. For clients moving into Eastern Idaho, moving back to Idaho, or transitioning from Arizona, Holly brings both market experience and personal understanding to the process.
As a Veteran Army spouse, Holly understands the challenges that often come with relocation. Frequent moves, unfamiliar communities, compressed timelines, and the pressure of making major decisions quickly are all part of the reality many military families face. Because of that, she has a special passion for helping military service members, veterans, and their families navigate the buying and selling process with greater clarity and less stress.
Holly has earned the MRP® (Military Relocation Professional) designation, which helps her better serve military clients and understand the unique considerations that may come with military moves and VA home loans. Her goal is to make the process more manageable by helping clients understand their options, stay organized, and make informed decisions at each stage.
Originally from Colorado and Idaho, Holly graduated from Teton High School in Driggs, Idaho. She is excited to reconnect with her roots while helping clients buy and sell homes throughout Eastern Idaho, including Driggs, Victor, Tetonia, Ashton, Rexburg, and surrounding communities.
Her familiarity with the region, combined with her relocation experience, makes her especially helpful for clients who are comparing communities and trying to find the right fit for their lifestyle. In Eastern Idaho, two properties at a similar price point can offer very different living experiences depending on commute patterns, winter access, school preferences, proximity to recreation, and distance to everyday services. Holly works hard to help clients think through those practical details so they can choose a home and location that truly supports the way they want to live.
Holly’s approach to real estate is simple: build genuine relationships, listen carefully, and work hard to deliver results. She believes that buying or selling a home is one of life’s biggest decisions, and she is committed to helping clients feel informed and supported throughout the process.
Clients appreciate Holly’s patient, honest, and steady approach. She understands that each move has its own story, whether it is a first home purchase, a relocation, a military transfer, a move closer to family, or the sale of a long-time home. Her focus is always on helping clients make clear, confident decisions while reducing unnecessary stress wherever possible.
Outside of real estate, Holly enjoys spending time outdoors and with her family. She loves fly fishing, camping, hiking, gardening, swimming, exploring new places to eat, and making the most of time with her husband and their three children. Family is central to how she sees the world, and that perspective carries into the way she cares for her clients.
Whether you are buying, selling, or relocating, Holly Bell would love the opportunity to help you find the right place to call home. If you are planning a move in Eastern Idaho or navigating a relocation between Idaho and Arizona, Holly brings practical experience, personal understanding, and a relationship-first approach to the process.
