Real Estate Two70

15 E Main Rexburg ID 83440

Bob “Robert” Bressler brings a rare combination of real estate, lending, finance, and development experience to clients throughout Rexburg and Southeast Idaho.

Born and raised in the Ashton area, Bob understands the communities, land, people, and local market dynamics that make Eastern Idaho unique. After graduating from Brigham Young University, he built a career that has included software, finance, mortgage lending, commercial lending, real estate sales, and real estate development.

Bob’s background as both a lender and Realtor gives his clients a broader view of the buying and selling process. He understands not only property values and negotiation strategy, but also financing structure, loan qualification, cash flow, risk, and the practical details that can make or break a transaction.

His experience includes commercial and residential lending, helping borrowers evaluate financing options, and owning and operating a mortgage company with offices in Driggs, Rexburg, and Coeur d’Alene.

For buyers, Bob brings a finance-first perspective that helps clients think clearly about affordability, lending strategy, long-term value, and investment potential. For sellers, he brings market knowledge, development insight, and a practical understanding of how buyers and lenders evaluate property.

For commercial clients and investors, Bob’s lending and development background allows him to look beyond the surface and help clients evaluate opportunity with a more complete financial lens.

At Real Estate Two70, Bob serves clients with a steady, knowledgeable, and solutions-oriented approach. Whether you are buying a home, selling property, evaluating an investment, or navigating a commercial real estate opportunity, Bob’s combined experience as a lender and Realtor gives you a valuable advantage from the first conversation to the closing table.
