Evergreen Subdivision
The Evergreen subdivision was officially established on August 12, 1999. This subdivision quickly became a popular one as it features smaller lots and smaller homes. It has been a wonderful place for those who do not need a large lot or an overly large home.This is not to say that these are all small homes. There are many homes that are over 3000 ft.². This subdivision borders the Starlight subdivision, Henderson, Widdison, and is located off of Pioneer Road and Main Street. It features large parks which are often used for sports in the summertime, is right by the Rexburg municipal golf course and the Rexburg airport.
Streets in the subdivision include Large Pool St., Douglas Drive, Tamarack Avenue, Ponderosa Avenue, and Engelman Street. This subdivision is zoned as Low Density Residential 2.
