Diamond Acres Subdivision

Diamond acres is a very new subdivision in Rexburg. It is located near Hibbard elementary school and sits just west of Saddle Creek Estates. Diamond acres was officially established on October 17, 2021. This subdivision previously was farm ground and was developed into large 2 acre building lots. Streets in this subdivision are Clovermeadow way and Silverleaf Lane. This subdivision requires homes to be on their own private well and private septic.
